Today was the first full day in Florence, Italy. After awaking to a foggy and relatively quiet city, we watched the city come to life while on a walking tour around town. Focused mostly on the far side of town across the river, the tour began from the University at Vicolo dei Cerchi, continued over Ponte Vecchio, and led to many different shops, piazzas, and gardens. The photos to follow document the tour, starting from our apartment and Via Condotta and ending at the Arno River. Enjoy and please feel free to comment.Via Condotta From our Apartment Window |
